Founding-rate pricing
Founding rates cover your evaluation and up to 12 follow-up sessions, used within 6 months of your evaluation. Your plan of care decides how many sessions you need, and you pay per visit. Nothing is paid before your evaluation.
A plan of 8 follow-ups saves $350. A full 12 saves $510.

60 minutes, 1-on-1. You leave with a clear plan of care, and your founding rates apply to every visit in it.

Built by someone who’s been there
Dr. Steve Ezeani was a multi-sport athlete whose high school knee injury changed everything. The knee healed. What didn’t was his confidence, his role on the team, and his relationship with the sport he loved, because no one helped him trust his body again.

Do I pay anything now?
No. Claiming a spot is free. You pay per visit, starting at your evaluation in March.
Do I have to commit to a set number of sessions?
No. Dr. Steve recommends a plan after your evaluation, and you pay per visit. Your founding rate covers up to 12 follow-up sessions.
Where is the clinic?
Dallas. The location will be announced before evaluations are booked in February.
How long do founding rates last?
For up to 12 follow-up sessions within 6 months of your evaluation. After that, standard rates apply: $165 per session.
What happens if the 15 spots are gone?
Your form still reaches Dr. Steve, and you'll be among the first to hear when standard booking opens.
Do you take insurance?
Not yet. EZRX Elite opens as a cash-pay practice, and we plan to work with insurance in the future. Founding members will be the first to know when that changes.
Founding rates apply to one evaluation and up to 12 follow-up sessions used within 6 months of the evaluation. Offer ends January 31, 2027 or when 15 spots are claimed, whichever comes first.
